Overview: These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Sunglobe
Pest Management, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company headquartered at 232, 2nd Floor, Ajanta Square Mall, Borivali
(W), Mumbai – 400092. By booking a service or submitting an enquiry, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
Section 01
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a service booking, enquiry form, or engaging Sunglobe Pest Management through any channel, you
agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any service booking.
Section 02
Our Services
Sunglobe Pest Management provides professional pest control and related services including:
- Cockroach, termite, bedbug, and general pest control treatments
- Drainage solutions, mosquito fogging, and rat/rodent control
- Bird netting, wood borer treatment, and water tank cleaning
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for residential and commercial premises
- Corporate, society, industrial plot, and private bungalow service packages
Section 03
Bookings & Appointments
- All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team
- Accurate address and contact details must be provided at the time of booking
- You are responsible for ensuring access to the premises at the scheduled time
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment
- Sunglobe reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
Section 04
Service Warranty & Re-Treatment
- Warranty periods vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking
- Free re-treatment is available if pests resurge within the warranty period under normal conditions
- Warranty is void if the premises are not maintained as instructed post-treatment
- Re-treatment requests must be made within the warranty period with photographic evidence
- Warranty does not cover new infestations from external sources after treatment
Section 05
Payment & Charges
- Service charges will be communicated and agreed upon prior to service delivery
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing
- GST and other applicable taxes are charged in addition to service fees
- A 20% discount is available as per current promotional offers — subject to terms
- Special pricing for corporates, societies, and industrial clients is available on request
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunglobe Pest Management shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid
for the specific treatment in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural
issues or pest-related damage that occurred prior to treatment.
Section 07
Communications Consent
By submitting your contact details, you consent to receiving communications from Sunglobe Pest Management via
SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, and phone calls regarding service confirmations, warranty reminders, promotional
offers, and updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Section 08
Chemical & Safety Policy
- All chemicals used are government-registered and approved for pest control use in India
- Herbal and eco-friendly options are available — please specify at the time of booking
- Clients must follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians
- Sunglobe is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
- Pets, children, and sensitive individuals should follow our specific evacuation guidelines
Section 09
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows
without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Sunglobe reserves the right to cancel appointments in
cases of safety concerns, inaccessible premises, or force majeure events.
Section 10
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
